1. Accusé de réception

Abonnementbedingungen für die Mitgliedschaft fest. Dies sind
die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, die die Nutzung dieses
Dienstes regeln, und die Vereinbarung, die zwischen Ihnen
und RPPRO LLC besteht. Diese Allgemeinen
Geschäftsbedingungen legen die Rechte und Pflichten aller
Benutzer in Bezug auf die Nutzung des Dienstes fest. Ihr
Zugriff auf und Ihre Nutzung des Dienstes hängt von Ihrer
Annahme und Einhaltung dieser Allgemeinen
Geschäftsbedingungen ab. Diese Allgemeinen
Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Besucher, Benutzer und
andere, die auf den Dienst zugreifen oder ihn nutzen. Durch
den Zugriff auf oder die Nutzung des Dienstes stimmen Sie
zu, an diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gebunden zu
sein. Wenn Sie mit irgendeinem Teil dieser Allgemeinen
Geschäftsbedingungen nicht einverstanden sind, dürfen Sie
nicht auf den Dienst zugreifen. Sie erklären, dass Sie über
18 Jahre alt sind. RPPRO LLC erlaubt Personen unter 18
Jahren nicht, den Dienst zu nutzen. Ihr Zugriff auf und Ihre
Nutzung des Dienstes hängt auch davon ab, dass Sie die
Datenschutzrichtlinie von RPPRO LLC akzeptieren und
einhalten. Unsere Datenschutzrichtlinie beschreibt unsere
Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Erfassung, Verwendung und
Offenlegung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten, wenn Sie unsere
Dienste nutzen, und informiert Sie über Ihre
Datenschutzrechte und darüber, wie das Gesetz Sie schützt.

2. Conditions de paiement
2.1 The payment methods available are VISA, MasterCard, or
Direct Debit. Your membership will renew automatically at
the end of the membership term unless you skip from
automatic renewal or cancel your membership. You can update
your payment method, manage your membership or cancel at any
time by visiting your user account or contacting us through
our support email.
2.2 The affiliate concept is a membership-based service that
bills every 14 days after the date of initial payment. The
recurring billing occurs as an upfront payment for 14 days
of access. If initially subscribing through a promotion,
your promotional membership will automatically convert into
a standard membership at the end of the promotional period
with your first billing occurring along with the conversion.
2.3 By purchasing the membership, you agreed to enroll in
the automatic renewal service and this gives you access to
hundreds of brands and products. You authorize us to charge
your credit card, or bank account via direct debit (if
applicable) for the Services for the initial term.
2.4 When the payment has been made, the Customer will
receive within a reasonable time a written confirmation of
the purchase by email, including these Terms and Conditions
as an integral part.
a. Account cancellation policy
Once a user submits a request for cancellation, no
additional charges for the membership will be made. However,
cancellation fees of 6,95NZ$ may apply. No refunds are
provided upon cancellation. If you cancel before the
upcoming renewal date, you will have access to your Account
through the end of the membership period.
b. Cancellation of automatic renewal
Memberships purchased through the affiliated concept will
renew automatically at the end of the term. Your payment
method selected is charged at the end of each membership
period and a top-up confirmation notice is sent to the
registered email address. Notifications of upcoming top-ups
are sent to the registered email address before top-up.
Cancellations must be completed at least one (1) day prior
to the end of your then-current Membership Period;
otherwise, billing for the next fourteen (14) days will be
processed automatically. Cancellations performed after
billing are not entitled to refunds, in whole or in part.
You are responsible for all charges accrued on your Account
up to the time of Cancellation, including all fees within
the Membership Period in which you cancel.
c. Promotional period with full access
The affiliated concept offers a full access version
available for five (3) days, for a promotional price, after
such time the membership will be automatically renewed at
full price unless skipped or cancelled under the rights and
obligations set out by the terms and conditions.
3. Tiers

4. Limitation de responsabilité

même si RPPRO LLC ou tout fournisseur a été informé de la
possibilité de tels dommages et même si le recours manque à
son objectif essentiel objectif.
5. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
5.1 The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS
AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty
of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under
applicable law, RRPRO LLC, on its own behalf and its and
their respective licensors and service providers, expressly
disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied,
statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service,
including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and
warranties that may arise out of the course of dealing,
course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without
limitation to the foregoing, RRPRO LLC provides no warranty
or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that
the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any
intended results, be compatible or work with any other
software, applications, systems or services, operate without
interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards
or be error-free or that any errors or defects can or will
be corrected.
5.2 Without limiting the foregoing, neither RPPRO LLC nor
any of the company's providers makes any representation or
warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the
operation or availability of the Service, or the
information, content, and materials or products included
thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or
error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or
currency of any information or content provided through the
Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content,
or e-mails sent from or on behalf of RPPRO LLC are free of
viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs
or other harmful components.
5.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain
types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory
rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions
and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the
exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall
be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under
applicable law.
6. Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any
time, for any reason, and at our sole discretion, without
liability. A reason for such termination may be but is not
limited to, failure to comply with these Terms. We reserve
the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site and/or
Services, or any portion thereof, at any time and for any
reason, with or without notice.
6.2 We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately,
without prior notice or liability, for any reason
whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these
Terms and Conditions.
6.3 Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will
cease immediately.
7. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
7.1 We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify
or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is
material We will make reasonable efforts prior to any new
terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will
be determined at Our sole discretion.
7.2 By continuing to access or use Our Service after those
revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the
revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in
whole or in part, please stop using the website and the
Service.
8. Governing Law
8.1 The laws of USA, excluding its conflicts of law rules,
shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your
use of the Application may also be subject to other local,
state, national, or international laws.
